Restaurant Quality Cuisine
The Elements Catering division brings all the ‘elements’ of a quality fine-dining restaurant to your home or other site. Elements believes the restaurant-quality experience can be replicated anywhere.
Restaurant quality catering means that we prep everything in our kitchen and bring it to the site ready to cook. As in the restaurant, all food is finished at the event ‘a la minute’ or to-order. This ensures the freshest product possible. All ingredients are designed to compliment one another – this means no repeated starches, no redundant sauces, all plates are unique.
We uphold the same service standards for off-site events as we do in our restaurant. Our staff knows the menu, is adept at wine service and offers attentive, unobtrusive service. Napkins are folded when guests leave their seats, beverages are topped off, tables are detailed. Attention is paid to the event’s ambiance – candles are lit, lighting is adjusted, heaters are moved, music is tuned.
Our restaurant mentality ensures a seamless event and will leave you and your guests with a renewed appreciation for catered food.

Elements fine cuisine easily moves from ballroom to boardroom through our fine food–to go division. Menu items have been designed so that food can be easily plattered and come ready to go. Choose from a menu of reasonably priced, gourmet items, all available for pick-up or delivery in creative packaging. Our menus can be downloaded for ease of use and orders can be placed on-line, by phone or fax.

Enjoy lunch, brunch and dinner on the patio while viewing a National Landmark, the Santa Barbara Courthouse and Sunken Gardens. Earth is reflected in the golden tones of the restaurant’s main dining room. An intimate corner of the restaurant, with tones of Fire offer comfortable couches for romantic dining. Occasionally, for the right group, Elements Restaurant is able to create a private dining affair in the restaurant. An exclusive experience, our restaurant manager can design a one-a-kind event with you.

Alternatively, if you are willing to share the space with other diners, a more cost effective way to experience the restaurant is through group dining. Adept at servicing the larger group, Elements can accommodate up to 50 guests. We have created a simple booking process that only requires you to pick a date and place a deposit. At the event, your guests will be offered a streamlined version of our dinner menu that is designed to provide a restaurant-quality experience. Guests do not have to “pre-order” their meal. We also boast an extensive list of hand-picked local wines. The list can be offered at the table or wines can be pre-selected.
